This is so easy to use, just attach the acoustic coupler to your telephones handset, adjust the 16 settings by turning the selector clockwise to change your voice. You start off with a setting of 0 being your normal voice, then the higher you set the settings the voice changer will increase the pitch of your voice and of course the lower you set the settings the lower your voice will decrease in pitch.
